and perceptions around the subject.

Some of these are already well known,

some are his own, gathered over many years.

Generally, people tend to think of evolution

as an obscure and highly specialist subject

best left to experts to consider and figure out.

The author used to feel that way himself,

but now has a very different, profoundly interested

but relaxed attitude towards it.
